Payment Methods

We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover and PayPal™ over the web using a secure transaction gateway provided by PayPal™. You do not need a PayPal™account to check out, simply click on the Don't Have A PayPal Account? link and you can simply enter you credit card, billing and shipping information.

Shipping

Most orders from WWL Hardware are processed and shipped within two business days. Shipping/handling charges on orders will be added by the shopping cart based on the following scale

General Policies

We try hard to keep stock-outs from occurring, unfortunately, with about 150 items they are inevitable. We will do our best to note out-of-stock items on the site, and disable the "add to cart" button for them. However, a few orders for out-of-stock items will almost certainly get through. WWL Hardware does not do partial-order backorders. We will contact you via email with an out-of-stock alert, estimated in-stock date, and the following options:

- cancel order, all moneys refunded
- ship remainder of order, out-of-stock moneys refunded
- hold entire order on stock

There is no minimum line item amount here... you don't have to order at least a dollar's worth of a $0.15 wingding when you need 2. There is no hard minimum order amount, either.

Ohio residents will be charged sales tax of 7.75%.

Returns

All returns must be coordinated through email. If you need to return something, please let us know why. If it's a mistake on our end, we will make it right. That's just how we do business. Returns that aren't our fault are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Refunds will be made as a credit to the card you used for the purchase. Shipping is not refundable.

Product Liability

WWL Hardware can not determine the suitability of the products we sell for any customer's applications. There are no expressed or implied warranties of any kind including merchantability or fitness for use.

Copyrights & Linking to pages and otherwise using our pictures.

All content including images and descriptions are copyrighted by WWLHardware.com. Copying pictures or content from our web site is expressly prohibited.

However you can use our pictures and link to our pages using HTML links that we provide you. On each ordering page please look in the top left hand corner underneath the Search box. There you will find a checkbox that says "Check to link to our pictures or items." If you click this box it will open a page with each item that is on the ordering page with HTML links to both the picture and text that both link directly to the item.

Please feel free to copy these links and use them in blogs, forum posts or anywhere else that you can use HTML code. Please do not change these links in anyway without express consent.
